Bat City Birdies LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Money Caddie mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the App.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Google Firebase, which uses industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We implement Firebase Security Rules to restrict data access to authorized users.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your account and game data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account directly in the App (Profile > Delete Account), or request deletion — with or without the App installed — by emailing [email protected] from the address on your account. Upon request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Scramble Caddie app

The Scramble Caddie app (published by Bat City Birdies LLC) has no user accounts. When you join an event with a join code, the app stores the player name you select from the event roster, the scores your team enters, an anonymous sign-in identifier, and crash and diagnostic logs. This data is kept for the life of the event so organizers and players can view results.

To request deletion, email [email protected] with the event join code and your player name. Within 30 days we delete your name and anonymous identifier from the event roster and remove your crash logs. Team scores are retained as part of the event record because they belong to the team, not an individual, and the event organizer may delete the event in full at any time.

6. Your Rights and Choices

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information).

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

8. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

9. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card number, billing address, or other payment details. We receive only a purchase receipt, subscription status, and the associated user account.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy within the App or on our website.
